Gazy amber, off-white head with some lacing. Thea roma is bit weird at first - strong wild / pastrure herbs, codl coffee, some malt sugars behind, more spicy herbs. But gets quite smooth and complex as the beer warms up. Same with the flavout - the cocoa stands out a bit, but there's enough malț and spice (ginger!) complexity to compensate. Very smooth herbal / spicy bitterness. Weird, interesting 3,6/5.
