Hazy golden amber, white head. Smells of raw unmalted cereals, soft pale malt sugars, some sulphites. No maltose, no hops - ascetic, but clean. The taste is just that - light and mellow macerated pale malt sweetness, no hop, no bitterness but not much residual sugars either. Soft mouthfeel. Very clean. A beer (as in "fermented cereal sugar beverage") in its primal form.
