Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear very pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a lot of creamy grains and straw with a hint of sweetness. Flavor has lots of straw and hay with a hint of creamy sweet grains underlying.
