CBH2025 (Tap Version, 2023 Vintage). Deep murky red colour with a small pink head, which disappears after a while. Aroma is nicely blending cherries and some bourbon barrel with a bit of sweetish tones to it. Flavour blends the cherries and bourbon elements even nicer, creating a nicely dry and sweetish tart finish. Well-drinkable and makes you want another sip quite fast...

#lambiclauantai. Tart, a bit funky and slightly vinous with some cherries, hints of vanilla, oak, wood, buttery popcorn bourbon, mild sourness and farmyardy notes. Okay, but not super complex.

Sour, tart, fruity. Red cherries, some woody dry funk, a bit of bourbon. Smooth, very nice.
