Recht trockener, säuerlich getreidiger Beginn. Zitrusnoten, weiterhin getreidig, trocken, feine Karbonisierung, dadurch süffig. Spritzig, langer Nachhall, gut. 10/9/10/10/8/10

Bottle from Beerdome. Aroma is oak, vinegar, barnyard funk, fruits, citrus, grain, and a hint of stone fruits. Flavour is quite sour and acidic with a little sweetness. Body is medium. Not nearly as good as regular Watergeus, it lacks balance, but by itself this is an enjoyable highly sour Lambic with a lovely fruity barnyard aroma.

Corked bottle. Oak, brett and gummibears in the aroma. Not very sour flavor, hint of brett, oak. Sulphur, berries. Dry finish.

Bottle - Sour white grape with a touch of lemon. Clear gold with a decent white head. Bright hit of sourness and Vinnegar notes. White grape and complexity comes and goes quick, overwhelmed by the sourness. Funk and balsamic notes are there but in the background.

Bottle shared with tderoeck. Hazy golden colour, white foam. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon, green apples, apple pie, bit medicinal. Taste is tart, hints of lemon, grapefruit, very sour, bit unbalanced.

7/VII/18 - 37.5cl bottle as Watergeus Extra Sour @ JefVerstraete's place - BB: n/a, 2016 vintage (2018-819) Thanks to JefVerstraete for sharing the bottle!
Clear deep orange beer, big solid creamy white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity start, little funky, tart, lots of green sour apples (Granny Smith), more fruit and funky combined. MF: super carbonated, very effervescent, medium body. Taste: very sour start, lots of green apples, lemon juice, fruity notes, acidic, a bit of vinegar, little chemical. Aftertaste: green apples, some sort of chemical bitterness, nail polish remover and acetone, pretty complex but way too acidic, bit oxidized.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A clear dark golden beer with a small most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of vinegar, sour grapes, wood, apple brandy. Taste of sour grapes, apple pie, dry yellow fruits, some herbs and vinegar.

Bottle (bottle date April 2016) @ Anti-Carnavalstasting 2018 shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy unclear orange color, bubbly off-white head. Aroma suggests tart, sourness and barnyard. Flavor is sour, grapefruit, unripe grapefruit, tart, citruspeel. A bit sharp acidic finish but not nearly as sour as I had expected. Ok beer.
