Soul Sucker is a 10.5% Triple IPA brewed with oats and hopped generously with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Motueka. We brewed this in collaboration with our friends from @Mortalis. In this, we get notes of red berries, tangerine and a touch of grapefruit.

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) shared (well, chugged) with Alex @ Ryan's deck enjoying a finally arrived warm days.
Aroma: dank, juicy, a bit sweet and boozy.
Taste: very juicy, a bit vegetable, dank, full-bodied, some sweetness. Quite bitter finish, though.
Overall: it's pretty good, I just prefer it to be less bitterness and aggressive.

Poured from 473mL can (no date stamp, released for 5th anniversary). Murky blonde with small white head. Grapefruit and melon hops with light dankness. Enjoyable.
