We’re excited to unveil our first collaboration with @InVitroBrewing, brewed in honor of their 5th anniversary. In true Gravity style, we've crafted an imperial for this special occasion!
The Unhealer is a new high-ABV version of one of InVitro’s most renowned creations, The Healer, a Foreign Extra stout with a Black IPA twist thanks to its hop-forward profile.
Working closely with Tomi, we’ve taken the recipe a step further by balancing the rich chocolate and coffee notes of a Gravity imperial stout with the original’s hoppy backbone. This results in a robust yet crisp stout that’s incredibly sessionable for an 11% beer!

Draft at the Gravity Brewing taproom, Budapest. Poured almost black in colour with a mostly lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty, big herbal. The flavour is moderate to light liquorice bitter, with a light roasty, herbal, sweaty socks, warm, liquorice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not a patch on some of the other impy stouts from Gravy. Really struggled to drink this.
