7.3/10 Appearance 7 Aroma 7 Flavor 7 Texture 8 Overall 7.5
Golden coloured, nearly perfectly transparent. Average sized white head, good enough retention and lacing. A simple but relatively potent and nicely fresh-feeling aroma: citric (lime and lemongrass most noticeable) upfront, plus lightly salty and spicy (coriander). Taste notes follow the aroma closely; the beer has a tastewise quite neutral, slightly soft maltiness and a sort of delicate kind of saltness. Again, scarce flavour depth but excellent per style intensity and a very vivid fresh feeling. Moderately sweet, with perhaps a tad more sourness than usual per style; a pretty dry, cleansing finish, though a delicate mix of sweetness/sourness lingers in the aftertaste. Light body, low to average, very thin-bubbled, delicately crispy carbonation; a pleasantly lively, super fast drinker. Overall: a pretty classic interpretation of the style, well made and very refreshing.
