From a Holwer purchased at Liquor Shed.
A- pours a hazy amber with a 1 finger head of foam and looks to have some good lacing.
S- I get some notes of grassy hops and biscuit malt. It also has a strange but nice fruity aroma.
T- fruity notes are in the taste as well with a good level of biscuit and oh...the fruitiness is on the slightly sour side. Intentional? I don’t know but it sure makes this Amber "interesting".
M- medium body, light carbonation. It could use a tad more fizz, imho.
O- tough to say. I kind of like the tart notes but then again, should they be in a beer of this style? Ultimately, I say no, but it is a drinkable brew.
