Howler style.

It pours a 24K gold with a 2 finger head of foam. Plenty of lacing is left behind after every sip.

There’s a heck of a lot of grapefruit bitterness in the nose, some fruity notes and a decent aroma of caramel malt.

The taste is bitter. The grapefruit is challenged by piney notes that I didn’t notice in the smell. A caramel malt sweet taste brings up the rear right up until the finish where it gets bitter again. No sign of any of the alcohol.

Good smooth mouthfeel and it’s very easy to drink.

Overall, a nice brew. Think of it as a DIPA light.
