Info on this beer isn’t listed anywhere that I could find but I’ve been enjoying this brew for a couple of weeks now at our local Old Chicago.
From my notes:
It poured a hazy, bordering on cloudy straw gold with about an inch of foam. Some sticky lacing was to be found.
The smell had a nice light tartness of raspberry and a solid wheat base that worked very well.
The taste was of that solid wheat base and a light but not too light presence of raspberry tartness. Fanciers of beers with some fruit, but not a fruit beer, could enjoy this one, me thinks. I did.
Light bodied with the carbonation also on the light side and that worked well too.
Drinkability? A very tasty and easy drinker and... I’d guess the abv would probably be a tad under 5% so sessionability is a forte of this brew. I’ll be drinking more until it is gone!
