Pitch black pour with a tiny head of tan foam that shrinks to a ring around the glass.

Smells of bourbon, roasted malt, dark fruit, bitter chocolate.

Taste matches the smell with a strong boozy kick that takes your mind off the flavours. Slight hint of tartness coming from the Whiskey.

Medium body, lightish carbonation.

This is an almost all day sipper. Very good but imho rough around the edges.
