Hazy, light amber-tan. No head. There's a fair bit of bright, sweet apricot on the nose, almost jammy. Very acetic, harsh in that respect. Bracing. Shocking. Actually, the fruit is still really bright and sweet. Not super complex, and the whole foeder thing doesn't really happen. I just think that despite the beautiful fruit character I couldn't finish a full one.

On tap at Toolbox. Hazy light amber with a small head. Aroma of apricot, funk and some oak. The same in the taste.

On tap at Toolbox, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out heaps of pithy apricot upfront, with light lacto and some oak. Flavour is intensely tart and fruity, with heaps of puckering apricot, very high acidity, intense sourness. Very abrasive, yet I love the flavours. Finishes high on acidity and oak. Very good.

On tap at the brewery pours crisp golden topped with a white head. Nose is big crisp apricot sour tart barrel. Taste is more of the nice sour tart apricot and barrel.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong apricot flesh, oak, funk. Thin body, apricot, peach, yeast, funk, low acidity, nice tartness, very nice.
