From a Howler, $7, bought at Liquor Shed.

It pours a clear straw gold with a typical head of foam for the style, aboot an inch. Head retention appears to be good.

Noble hops nose has my immediate attention. Some bready malt backs it up and I get the feeling that it is gonna be on the dry side when I start drinking it.

Lovely noble hops taste, bitter but not too bitter, bready malt, dry indeed and finishes with the hoppy goodness. I have to say, with my somewhat ample sampling of the style, this is authentic. Love it.

Fairly light bodied, eminently drinkable. I hope Upslope keeps this around..
