We allowed this beer to free rise during primary fermentation. We heavily dry hopped this beer with Citra and a small smattering of Simcoe which we feel rounds out and exemplifies the heavy tropical qualities and characteristics. Silky, clean, and magical tropical citrus notes shine through and through.

Can shared with Ross and Erica. Cloudy dark yellow, thick head with soapy lacing. Aroma is strong citrus and generic fruit. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, pillowy texture, soft carbonation and juicy finish as taste. Not complex but well balanced, incredibly smooth. Pleasure to drink.

Best by April 7th.

Pours a dark yellow, hazy isn't the word, cloudy.

Smells dank, tropical, grapefruit citrus. Hoppy and bitter to my nose.

Grapefruit citrus, tropical ish, dank, similar to a lot of the style.

Good mouthfeel, finish is quite dank so I don't reckon that it is the most drinkable out there.

Good for what it is...would not want more than the 3 cans I have.
