The dessert varieties bring fresh, popping flavours and aromas. The bittersweets bring complexity, astringency and a natural tangy acidity. Like Bristol this cider is a blend of city and country, traditional and modern. Like us Bristolians, it’s easy going, but with hidden depths and complexity! Fresh, fruity, tangy and apple-forward. Grassy and stone fruit aromas. Long complex finish.

440ml can from Branch. Slightly hazed golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, orchard floor, funky, leather, with drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
