From bottle at Wild Festival 2025. Aroma is moscatel, dry, fruity, puckering sour. Bretty funk, grain, vinous. Medium body. Good stuff!

Bottle, directly from Mark Henke. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Fruity grape, some tartness. Taste: Smooth mouthfeel, wheat, fruity grape, floral and herbal hints, oak wood and subtle rural funk en fruity lemon. Moderate tartness, combined with some sweetish notes. Medium body, soft carbonation. Nice one.
