BIAB at Plough, Taunton. Pours hazy orange gold with no carbonation. Aroma is dry, tangy, bittersweet apple, funk. Taste: moderately dry, apple juice, cheesy/funky. Mid to heavy tannins. Medium body with no carbonation.

2l takeout from a bag in a box at 6.8%. Pours hazy orange gold with no carbonation. Aroma is dry, slightlysour cheesy apples. Taste has dry apple juice throughout. Slightly cheesy finish.
