Cheers to 10 years! Bioluminescence IPA was brewed in honor of Ghostfish’s 10th Anniversary. Bioluminescence, the ability of an organism to create light, is one of nature’s most amazing wonders. The presence of this strange phenomenon in the waters of the Puget Sound on a midsummer’s night provided timely inspiration for the creation of the Ghostfish brand. A bright idea was born! Behold Bioluminescence tenth anniversary IPA, built on a sturdy base of buckwheat, millet, and rice and hopped with Chinook, Idaho 7, Citra Cryo, and Helios hops, this West Coast style IPA shines a bright light on our 10th anniversary and the love for our fans, far and wide!

Can from Trader Joe's. Pours a slightly off-white sudsy head. Brassy color with just a hint of haze. Smell has that slightly catty 3C's hop smell. Taste brings back that big slap of pine and resin. I didn't think it's "pretty good for a gluten-free beer. It's just a good beer. Alcohol is not apparent.
