This brown ale is damn near black with a beige head. Lightly toasty cocoa aroma. Light bodied and dry. The taste is toasty/toasty with touches of molasses. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour is a dark brown with a large tan head. Aroma is a pretty good roasted malt with a decent coffee. Flavor is more of a roasted malt with some bitter dark chocolate with some minor coffee notes. This is a rich a flavorful brown ale. Not a huge flavor profile but a lot of minor flavors coming together making this a above average brown ale.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours brown with a tan head. Aroma is toasty/roasty caramel/light treacle. Something hints at cola. Med body or nearly. Flavor is earthy, hinting at chocolate and nuts - very treacle, tho in a dry way. It is much drier than I expected. Sadly browns are far from my favorite style, but I think this is a good one.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits an amber body that has copper edges and supports a thin tan head. The aroma offers up pretty big malt roastiness, maltiness and deep dark 120L crystal malts and coffee. The taste has deep malty to roasted malts that have a distinct burnt malty edge. There are crystal malts and a dash of nuttiness murmuring away in the background. This is a pretty rich roasty brown.
