Keykeg at Pigs Ear. Opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Airy palate, mildly dry, modest carbonation. Smooth dark malts. Tons of unsweet maple and a mild earthy coffee. Whisper of something chocolate before an airy and semi dry finish. Too maple for me to really swing with.

Appearance is oily black, a small beige fizzy head. Aroma is chocolate, fudge, toffee, coffee, nutty malt, earthy malty notes. Taste is chocolate, biscuity malt, toffee and caramel, milky coffee, vanilla hints, sweet and nutty malt, cocoa, chocolate cake.
