Named after how our Packaging Manager described his visit to a certain brewery in Scotland, this 8.2% DIPA was brewed with a combo of Talus and Simcoe. They give this beer abundances of florality on the nose, followed by bags of passion fruit and peach on the palate. Thick bodied from the addition of jumbo rolled oats, this beer is finished off by a massive hit of grapefruit.

Nose is citric sherbets, grass, grapefruit, bitter orange, guava.
Taste comprises grapefruit, orange peel, melon, mandarin, mixed tropicana.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying spliced with juicy hop bitterness.
Okay DIPA if perhaps struggling to pull out of 3rd gear.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this orange gold beer, small and short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, a mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a thin light sweetness. Talus is a much underused hop in my humble. It's singing here with modern Simcoe. Bright peachy stone fruits and citrus and Simcoe delivering a small amount of pineapple. Crisp cooling pine runs throughout. Light finish brings an almost sherbet vibe. A delight.
