Cherry Sour Biere de Champagne is enriched by a triple fermentation process using bacteria, brewer's yeast and champagne yeast. The result is an elegant drink with a subtle champagne note and a delicate acidity. We add enough cherries to bring out both wine and berry tones in the breath, while the acidity is balanced by a subtle hint of sea salt.

Copper red colour, not much head. Light cherry aroma, lagerish nose. Light-bodied. Light cherry in otherwise neutral "champagne" flavour. Nope. ZincFest 2025.

CBH2025. Amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is cherries, some mild wood with some citrusy and mild herbal tones. Flavour is cherries, some tart wooden tones with mild citrus and some white wine like tones. Pleasant.
