This deep red brew is bursting with the unmistakable aroma of ripe strawberries. Enjoy the slightly sweet, fresh strawberry flavor complemented by a hint of tartness and a clean finish.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: amber/copper color with a slight transparency about it and a quickly dissipating head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: tart and sweet strawberries - bold and up front with a light lacto/acidic tone intertwining
Flavor: copies the aromas to a fine sweet to sour to tart quality; finishes about the same and adds in a super light touch of salt
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; some smoothness with mostly nothing really distracting anywhere; good carb level
Overall: works as a nice fruited sour/tart ale with some salt in it and I could come back to this in that respect.

16 oz. can. Appearance is a clear copper color with sprizty carbonation. Tons of bubbles. Aroma is very soft, subtle berries. Flavor consists of light acid, mild natural strawberries, with a very soft salinity in the finish. Very simplistic. Yet, it certainly hit the spot after hiking one of Vermont’s 4000 foot mountains!
