Unfiltrd Project #256. Night Sister 6.2% Cascadian IPA.
The Night Sister is one of the baddies of the series, and I think she’s just a bad@ss – so went with her as the bad guy of the series.
Cascadian Dark IPA is a style we haven’t done exactly before, but similar with Troublmakr and other black IPA’s.
This one isn’t quite black, but still quite dark for the ‘dark side’! Fantastic roasted notes, like cold iced coffee with a hint of caramel sweetness.
Centennial hops provide a nice contrast of punch grapefruit citrus that really makes this beer pop. (might be my fav…..)

A deep dark brown ipa with a thin lacing light mocha head
. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with light resinous hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark coffee, light resinous notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
