This lager style is similar to German Helles and consumed in an equivalent manner. Soft, quaffable, and welcoming; our version clocks in at 4.4% and has a grist a Genie Pilsner malt and a heavy hand Vienna malt from our pals Linc Malt . Hopped lightly in the kettle with Saaz and Tettnanger hops for a floral and herbal nose to compliment the malty backbone of the beer and lagered for five weeks in our horizontal tanks.

16 oz. can, pours a light hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma has gentle grassiness, straw, and biscuity malt. Flavour is clean, with some grassiness, straw, biscuity malt, and a touch of crunchy herbal notes. Clean and crunchy, with a clean finish. Pleasant.

Slight haze, pale. Thin head. Light body, low bitterness, maybe a touch of grassiness, but this seems more malt-oriented. It's clean, some herbaceous accents in the finish.

473mL can. Pours cloudy gold with a white head. Straw and biscuits on the nose. Flavour has hay, grass, and very biscuity malts; bitter finish. Nice enough.
