In Victorian Era medicine, "eradicator" referred to remedies claiming to remove or destroy ailments. Our Time Eradicator, crafted with Time & Materials Beer Co., is a bold and powerful imperial stout boasting rich flavor of roasted malt, caramel and dark chocolate. Dark, probably clear. Small, lighter-tan head.
Chocolate (dark) and a good deal of old school roastiness with some accents of pine and grapefruit (but mostly roasted malt). No alcohol or excess/raw sugar.
Classic RIS from back in the day. There's a lot of bitter roast/dark chocolate and nuttiness. But a good body, if not overly full with high attenuation, no thinning and no alcohol. Chocolatey, salty, nutty, very roasty. Can respect the style, even if I don't enjoy the roasty imperial stouts.
