The second release in our Acid series is here! For this iteration, we started with our unique in-house co-fermentation process that creates a complex depth of acidity. We used a base of Pilsner malt with the finest Matled Oats from @RedShedMalting and Chit Malt from @HogarthMalt to increase body and provide a smooth silky mouthfeel. A secondary fermentation was performed by adding an obscene amount of passion fruit. To amp up the passion fruit notes to eleven we dry-hopped with our selected Nectaron and Nelson Amplifire. Expect a moderately tart, full bodied, passion fruit explosion!

473ml can. Pours a hazy yellow with lots of floaties and a medium, frothy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of grainy pale malt, grapefruit, passion fruit, white wine and funky yeast. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, green grape, peach and funky yeast in a dry, sour finish. Light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Nice complexity.
