Like a welcomed Pontiac summer, this unfiltered refreshing wheat beer with its subtle cloudy appearance makes for an enjoyable ale. Our house German wheat beer with the addition of cherry puree following fermentation.

A very slight haze, light golden colour with a pink-peach hue, a frothy white cap, decent stay and lacing. Mild cherry aromas over the wheat-banana notes and a tad grassy hops. There is a nice sourness-fruitiness in the taste, but not too rich, nor syrupy. It is watered down a bit with the cherries lingering with a tad hops to dry things up. Gets hazier as it pours, and some apples-pear notes do come out. A nice fruitier Hefeweizen that is mostly refreshing.
