Une véritable guérison de la soif!

Hazy golden-yellow colour with an off-white head, average retention and a few foam-bubbles ring and patches on the brew. Lemon zest aromas, orange juice and a touch of fresh herbal notes. A real interesting things happens in the taste. Some grapiness, almost like a tad grape Kool-Aid, well-blended with some piney needles, lemon zest and the rest of the citrusy hops. Some hop particles fall to the bottom of the glass at the last pour. This is quite an amazing NEIPA with a balanced of herbal nature (bog myrtle), spruce tips giving a West Coast touch and loads of citruses. Will buy more.
