C'est ENFIN le retour de la Quetza, mettant en avant le houblon Riwaka. Au nez et en bouche ce sont des arΓ΄mes de goyave, de fruit de la passion, de petites baies et de pamplemousse qui ressortent.

Hazy golden-beige colour with a frothy white cap, good stay and some decent foamy lacing. Lots of particles through it, even some hop pieces floating, and not ending well in the mouth. Citrus aromas with some vinous notes from the Riwaka-Topaz, and tropical fruits from the El Dorado. Some peach comes out in the flavours with the citrus notes blending with the white grapes. Some pretty strong bitterness in the finish - especially for a NEIPA. This might be the first time that those hops floating around, as felt in the mouth, so spitting them out. The rest is a good IPA that has good juiciness, fruitiness for the NE-style, but has stronger bitterness in the end.
