Clean, light amber colour with golden highlights, a big frothy off-white head, good stay and some foamy lacing. Citrus aromas mild wax with some cereal, rye notes in the base. Orange flavours like a witbier with a touch of spiciness, but feels more like the rye, and not the pepper. A touch of perfume comes out in the mouth. Gets a tad hazy as it pours near the end. Not a bad beer, but was hoping for pepper to show up, like way more. I much prefer Dieu du Ciel Route des Épices for the style.
