Introducing Lake Mindemoya Mango Witbier, a beer brewed entirely by the talented women-identifying staff of Kingston’s Something in the Water brewery for International Women’s Day. It’s named after Autumn Peltier, an outspoken clean water advocate named Chief Water Commissioner for the Anishinabek Nation in 2019. She brings global attention to the water issues in our country. This Belgian Style Wit uses Pink Boots Society hops and real mango for a bold, full-toned mango flavour from start to finish as well as to bring further support to women in our industry.

Lightly hazy, golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white head, bubbling away averagely, leaving a few foamy lacing spots. Sweet wheat aromas with the mango blending in there, and some light citrus, grassy hops. A little more balanced and mild in the taste with all of the ingredients. A nice fruity, juicy but drying mango witbier.
