Thanks to my mother-in-law for this one. Clean (shows an unfiltered side after a pour or so) light golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head, good retention and some nice creamy lacing. Interesting aromas with some candy, berry notes, blended with nice herbal hops and even some mint freshness. The taste shows a little berry-candy notes with the hints of candied-vanilla and mint. A touch less hoppy, dry for an APA nowadays. Quite an original Pale Ale from a gin distillery - worth trying.
