Sitting next to the brewer trying this one as he described the beer to me. Made with Brett Anomalous, Lacto and Pedio, he wasn't entirely satisfied with it. I likes it quite a lot, very fruity, dusty, funky, and the Pedio gave it a slightly weird edge. Much more complex than the kettle sours that have been floating around. Hope he continues in this direction.
