I typically shy away from Mosaic single hops as it doesn't do it for me and I didn't realize what it was till I cracked it open but I'm liking it.

Hazy golden colour with some particles through it. The head is light-yellow coloured, frothy, decent stay and leaving some thick foam lacing patches. Citrus peel aromas with some tropical notes and grassiness. The taste shows lots of fruitiness as well, with some nice dryness, balanced with the juiciness. A very nice refreshing, citrusy and zesty Double IPA.
