This Belgian inspired sour has been months in the making. A blend of a 6 month oak-barrel aged Flanders and a 12 month oak aged Red ale and a Flanders ale gives this beer a complex, layered flavour. Sour, sweet, acidic and oaky, this Flanders ale is the beer that keeps on giving.

Aromas of balsamic vinegar with cherries and caramel malts. Sour-dry mouthfeel with a little tart. The taste shows lots of sourness with the cherry-vinegar blend and hints of wood. Hazy reddish-brown colour with golden highlights. Light beige coloured head leaving a thin creamy ring around the brew, quickly. A well-brewed Flanders Red ale that does not showcase enough the oak. Still, drinkable.
