Errer au hasard des soifs, pour l'azur des vents. Cette bière le chatoiement des heures en terre de paix. Cette Pilsner est brassée avec de l’orge québécoise ce qui met de l’avant son goût de céréale. Ses arômes épicés complémentent bien sa finale douce et désaltérante.
Malt: Pilsner Caux-Laflamme.
Houblons: Strisselspalt et Bravo.

Slight hazed, bright yellow colour with a big frothy off-white cap, long lasting and leaving some soapy spots. Cereal pils malts for aromas with some grassiness from the hops and hints of spiciness with it. Seems like a light burnt feel to it, also found in the taste. Must be this Strisselspalt one. It is not offensive, and does seem to be close to the Saaz spiciness, but has a burnt grassiness. I do like the differences in the end.
