Tap. Blonde. Cereals and floral notes in the aroma. Hint of apricot. Pineapple, lemon and apricot in the flavor. Bone dry. Cereals. Very good actually.

Draft at Arendsnest. Very hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of tart citrus, tart light fruits, lemon and light yeast. Flavour is above light sweet and light moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. [29/06/2017]

Draft @ Arendsnest, sample size, with Kermis. Hazy yellow color. Dense white head with good retention. Aroma’s: sourish, grainish, fruity, light sulphur. Retronasal it’s sourish and fruity. Flavor is moderate sour, wheaty. Light bodied. Finishes with grain, dry, moderate bitter.

At Brett Fest 2017. Aroma of grainy malt, mild tart and pale malt. Taste has soft tart, apricot from the Ramses brett, herbs, malt and some yeast. Lot better than the normal gross base beer.
