Our Peppermint IPA is perfect to kick-off the holiday season. A well-balanced brew with the addition of dried peppermint leaves during the final minutes of brewing gives it a subtle peppermint flavour that lingers. It has a smooth mouthfeel and is clear pale gold in colour. This festive brew is complimented by the inclusion of Fuggles and Northern Brewer hops, which have a slightly minty flavour.

On this Christmas night, no peppermint canes - but a beer of it. Can that pours a clean amber colour with a big frothy-bubbly beige head that stays a while, leaving some nice lacing. Really smells like candy canes. A minty nose with the caramel malts giving added sweetness. The taste is more like an IPA with the grains showing well, and the mint adding a cool freshness to the flavours. Interesting, and well-brewed for the blend of styles.
