Pours a slightly unfiltered golden colour with a big soapy warm cap, very nice retention and some thick foamy patches. Cereal grain aromas with some sweetness, fruitiness and yeast. Even some apple notes. The taste is thankfully sweet. A nice blend of malts, cereal notes and hops in the finish. A light dry finish with not too much bitterness. A milder Pale Ale that still good in the malt area.
