Our first barrel aged beer. After four long months of aging in tequila barrels we created a full-bodied twist on our Thai Lime Gose. This brew leads with an oak aroma followed by a pleasant punch of tequila, finishing with a mellow tartness and a hint of salinity.

Bottle no. 283 from the brewery. Pours a light golden colour with a frothy white head, good stay and some foamy lacing. The nose shows the Tequila mostly, with light malts. The Gose is more in the flavours with the lime being dominant over the saltiness. Some nice sourness and decent dryness. The Thai lime leaves seems to be mildly in the background, maybe lingering. Interesting mix of things for their first barrel-aged beer, but lacking a little balance.
