Fourth tasting from brewery. Hazy brown-amber colour with an off-white cap and some decent spotted lacing. Fresh green apple nose with some hints of maple. The maple sap is felt a tad more in the taste, but the apples come out kicking strong as well with a bitter-dry finish. I seem to recall this one being sweeter last year when I had it, but now, not being syrupy and bitter, dry makes it appealing to IPA drinkers.
