Can that pours a clean amber colour with a warm light-yellowish head, good stay and some foamy lace. I kind of like the aromas as unique all-around. Starts on the typical caramel malt base but goes through a bunch of different apples and then, the cinnamon comes - make it smell like an apple pie. The spices are nicely balanced in the taste with the fruity malts. Not too sweet. Slightly dry. All refreshing. Still, a red ale, but with this really nice touch that reminds us of delicious desserts. I really like this !
