Originally rated July 2006, so might of changed since (for better or for worst). This dry version of the Nos Compliments brew, bought at IGA, pours a pale golden colour with a decent white head, so-so retention and lacing too. Carbonation is active, but not coming from all over the bottom of the glass... just a few spots, here and there. Clean aromas of fruits and malts, on a mild level. Watery mouthfeel with slight stickiness and a dry finish. Taste of light malts, some sweet and some grainy, but overall, quite light.
