DIPOLAR is a bold, expressive West Coast IPA. Bursting with sweet citrus, pineapple, and passionfruit on the nose; the mouthfeel is smooth and loaded with flavour: stone fruit and ripe tropicals give way to a dry, grassy finish with a lingering, satisfying bitterness.
Dry-hopped with a big addition of Nectaron with Mosaic Cryo and Simcoe, it’s both bright and punchy, yet effortlessly drinkable.
Hops: Nectaron, Mosaic Cryo, and Simcoe.

Barwa złota, niemal klarowna. Piana biała wysoka i trwała. Zbudowana z drobnych pęcherzyków tylko delikatnie zaznacza swoją obecność na szkle.
Aromat intensywnie chmielowy, owocowy, słodki. W tle nuty słodowe i lekko trawiaste. Przyjemny zapach pobudza ślinianki do pracy.
Smak lekko słodki z wyraźną chmielową goryczką w kontrze. Ostatecznie, to goryczka o charakterze zestu owocowego, rządzi w smaku.
Wysycenie średnie. Tekstura przyjemnie gładka, miękka, "śliska". Ciało średnie w dół. Posmak długi, wytrawny, zestowy.

Can shared by Johnny. Clear golden, full sized a bit rough white head. Aroma is lightly malts, very hoppy, dank hoppiness, light resin. Flavor is malts, some tropical fruit hops, starfruit, lightly unripe nectarines, soft to decent bitterness. Average body, soft to average carbonation. Decent.

Dorée présentant un léger voile, col blanc-cassé épais.
Arôme garde cette base classique de haze de DosKiwis, le côté avoine se ressent mais repris en appui par pas mal de fruits et un houblonnage chargé en origine NZ - ananas, pamplemousse, abricot.
Palais est chargé en notes exotiques - et ausi un apport d'agrumes. Bonne amertume en balance. Je retrouve un coté ananas qui donne ce volet finement aigrelet tropical avec un appui de pamplemousse rose fraichement pressé et d'orange sanguine. Note de pin et herbacé sur la fin. Rondeur en fin de bouche tout en ayant ce léger côté épicé lié au haze - dommage, la même version sans le haze m'aurait certainement plus enthousiasmé.
