On tap at the meadery. Pours clear gold. Floral, intensely floral, pear, nutty, honey. Nice soft body. Good.

A hazed golden mead with aroma of sweet honey, light chalk, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of honey, herbs alcohol warmth, very nice. Bottle at meadery.

On tap at Black Heath, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued wildflower honey, with floral notes. Flavour is loaded with bees wax, followed by wildflower honey, and light alcohol. Quite floral and well-rounded. Solid.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold with no head. The aroma is honey. Dry, light honey, hides alcohol well, very good..

Bottle sample at the source. Clear golden amber color, still. Honey aroma and flavor, not overly sweet, decent body. Nice start to the tasting.

Bottle sampled at a meadery. Pours a hazy straw color. Aroma of sweet honey, raisin, citrus, booze, vanilla, caramel, raisin. The taste is honey, spice, citrus, caramel, herbal notes.Medium bodied, mild booze. Solid.
