Draft at the source. Crystal clear golden color, still. Light tannins in the aroma and the taste. Bone dry apple. Clean crisp quick finish. Tasty, sort of a lighter and less tannic version of the barrel reserve #4.

Tap. Pours clear straw, no carbonation. Flavor is apples, hint of oak, green apple skin. Flavor is light sweet, hint of tartness. Light body. Oak influence is very light.
