1542, a San Diego style IPA that marries a tried and true West Coast IPA profile with new age brewing techniques and flavors. Brewed with Columbus and Chinook in the kettle for a firm, clean, and bitter backbone, then generously dry hopped with El Dorado and Mosaic for an aroma full of pineapple, stone fruit, and pine resin. 1542 is a super dry, moderately bitter, and very drinkable 7% IPA.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head. Aromas of pine and grass. Flavors are bitter pine.
