Batch 100: Our favorite IPA base, kettle soured with our house lactobacillus culture, then generously dry-hopped with El Dorado and Mosaic. Soft and tart, flavors of grapefruit juice, strawberry, and lemon-lime. It brings together the strengths of our brewers in a weird and exciting way.

On draft at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head. Aromas are of tropical fruits. Flavors are sour grapes.
